Dezaray – Administrative Coordinator

Dezaray is a busy mom to four kids – Chazen, Kaylee Jo, Dalyne and Reanna – with her husband, Andy.  With the practice since 2004, Dezaray has worked as both a dental assistant and at the front desk.  A Montesano High School and South Puget Sound Community College graduate, Dezaray enjoys the enthusiasm of kids and the variety it brings to her day.  When not at work, Dezaray loves watching her children play sports and spending time with her friends and family.

Amanda – Scheduling Coordinator

Amanda enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest and traveling. A graduate of Concorde Career Institute in Portland, Amanda says “working with kids puts a smile on my face and makes every day fun.” Amanda is married to Tahyn and is raising their kids, Cooper and Madilyn. She is originally from Tenino.

Neylet – Scheduling Coordinator

A Rochester native, Neylet joined Small to Tall Pediatric Dentistry in 2021. Neylet is raising three kids- two boys and a girl- and says being with family is her favorite way to spend time outside work. Talk to Neylet about her favorite movie, Selena.

Lily – Scheduling Coordinator

Ask Lily about Disney!  She’s been working with kids for over a decade and loves it.  Born and raised in Southern California, Lily completed early childhood education at SPSCC.  She enjoys spending time with her children and is a big fan of Beauty and the Beast.

Josie – Scheduling Coordinator

Josie is a Grays Harbor native, graduating from Aberdeen High School and Grays Harbor College.  We’re excited to have her in Olympia now.  Her sister is her best friend and Josie’s value of friends and family extends to her work family too. Josie loves baking something yummy and can also arrange an artistic floral arrangement.  We love your creativity! She loves taking an evening walk while listening to a podcast.

Megan – Scheduling Coordinator

Megan and her husband, Matt, have two sons, Tanner and William.  The family also has a miniature schnauzer named Mac.  Megan graduated from Olympia High School before attending South Puget Sound Community College. She enjoys dancing, skiing riding dirt bikes, baseball and reading.  She says that working with kids is very rewarding.  “I love teaching and creating positive experience.  There’s never a dull moment.”

Amy – Business Manager

Born and raised in Grays Harbor, Amy spent some years in Boston and Seattle before moving back to Olympia. Amy loves working with numbers and helping the office excel with efficient processes. Outside work, Amy and her husband (who you may know as Dr. Rowley) have two (almost adult!) daughters along with two dogs, Winnie and Todd.

Tiffany – Lead Dental Assistant

Tiffany grew up in Packwood, graduated from White Pass High School and attended Clover Park Technical College.  Tiffany and her husband, Josh, have two sons, Braden and Austin.  Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She likes working with kids because they tell funny stories and she values getting to see them grow up in the practice.  She especially enjoys treating children with special needs.

Olga – Registered Dental Hygienist

Olga and husband, Noah, are raising five children on a hobby farm with goats, sheep, chickens, cats, dogs, and even a turtle. She moved a lot as a kid with a parent in the military and ultimately graduated Yelm High School. Olga earned her hygiene degree at Pierce College and joined the Small to Tall team in April 2021. “I love working with kids because everyday is an adventure. I love the way they view the world,” she said.

Dayna – Registered Dental Hygienist

Dayna loves being able to set up kids for success as adult patients.  A hygienist since 1992, Dayna has worked in the practice since 1994. Ask Dayna about her many hobbies – traveling to Palm Springs, golf (not well!), paddle boarding, reading, bike riding, snow and water skiing, camping and hiking.

Taryn – Dental Assistant

A graduate of Elma High School and South Puget Sound Community College, Taryn joined the Small to Tall team in 2017. Taryn finds working with kids to be exciting and interesting. “It’s rewarding to make a positive impact in their lives,” she said. Taryn and her boyfriend Garrett have a dog named Oscar . When not at work, you can find Taryn bowling, hiking, kayaking or spending the weekend at the race track.

Morgan – Dental Assistant

After completing school at Centralia College and Clover Park Technical College, Morgan came to work with the Small to Tall team in August 2018. A native of Rainier, Morgan has a shih tzu dog named Axel. Morgan enjoys hiking and traveling anywhere warm and sunny. She’s also fond of cooking and baking. Her favorite movie is Sweet Home Alabama.

Brittani – Dental Assistant

A fan of “all things Disney”, Brittani grew up in Tacoma and attended Franklin Pierce High School before graduating from Clover Park Technical College. When not helping kids have a positive experience at the dentist, Brittani enjoys going to the lake and hiking.

Caleigh – Dental Assistant

Caleigh grew up in Roy and graduated from Rainier High School before attending Clover Park Technical College. Caleigh joined Small to Tall in June 2020 and enjoys the funny stories that come with working with kids. Caleigh and her husband, Nate, have a fluffy orange cat named Louie. If you are a Legally Blonde fan, share some good movie quotes with Caleigh who also loves the movie.

Corrina – Dental Assistant

Corrina is a graduate of Montesano High School. Her cat, Nahla, and dog, Smokey, love to play and catch flies.  Corrina enjoys spending time with her family, going on adventures, and watching the sunset at the beach. Her favorite part of her job is educating kids on why oral hygiene is important and then helping kids overcome any fears.

Katie – Dental Assistant

Katie graduated from WF West High School before attending the dental assisting program at SPSCC in 2021. Katie makes our entire office laugh.  “I love how energetic and excited kids are and how every kid has such a different personality.  It’s fun to hear all their stories and to see the world from a kids’ perspective. I also really enjoy creating a safe and fun space for kids that are nervous about visiting the dentist.”

Autumn – Dental Assistant

Originally planning to get a degree in Early Childhood Education, Autumn switched gears when she landed in dentistry.  “What I learned helps me to excel in my role at Small to Tall,” says the mom of 2 kids, Jaiden and Joseph. Autumn loves to explore new parks and trails, build Lego sets and create art with her children. “My favorite thing about working with kids is knowing how impactful I can be in their journey to maintaining healthy habits for life! I can build their confidence through knowledge and compassion.” Ask Autumn about the four years she lived in Italy!

Krysten – Dental Assistant

A graduate of Leilehua High School in Hawai’i, Krysten then moved to Nebraska (one of 8 states she’s lived in) where she graduated from Concordia University.  Krysten lives in Yelm with her husband, Johnathon along with three pets – 2 dogs named Simmie and Rain, and 1 cat named Ava.  When not at work, Krysten loves baking, traveling and spending time outside with her dogs.  Krysten’s favorite part of working with kids is helping them be brave at the dentist.

Haley – Dental Assistant

An Olympia native, Haley attended the dental assisting program at SPSCC after graduating from North Thurston High School. A devoted mom to Kayson, Haley also loves discovering new restaurants and playing volleyball. “I love kids’ funny stories and getting to help build their confidence in coming to the dentist!”

 

Maddy – Dental Assistant

A graduate of WF West High School, Maddy loves seeing kids build skills and overcome fears.  She adds “and of course their silly personalities.” Maddy is social and enjoys hanging out with friends and family when not at work.  During the summer, you can find her making and delivering hay!

Bailey – Dental Assistant

Bailey, who lives with her dog Nala (great piranease) enjoys hiking, camping and anything outdoors.  Ask her more about Nala because Bailey says she’s the best dog in the world.  “My favorite part about working with kids is how funny they are.  Every day they make me laugh,” she says.  Fun fact: Bailey works here with her mom, Olga!

Lindsey – Dental Assistant

Lindsey comes to Small to Tall by way of Tumwater High School and Washington State University.  When Lindsey’s not at work, she loves trying new restaurants but is also a huge fan of staying home to clean and organize.  Lindsey says that she loves the silly conversations she has with kids and helping kids to establish a healthy and happy outlook when coming to the dentist.  

Avery – Dental Assistant

A graduate of Montesano High School, Avery is building her connections with kids in her first job within the dental field. She loves spending time with her family, friends and her yellow lab, Maggie.  “She is the spunkiest dog I’ve ever met but also the most caring emotional dog.”  Chat with Avery about her pup when you see her next.

Sofia – Dental Assistant

A graduate of SPSCC’s dental assisting program, Sofia is inspired by her mom who returned to college after raising her family to get a teaching degree.  Sofia adopted a dog, Carl, during COVID, who is very sweet and a goofball. Ask her about her two cats. Sofia enjoys hanging out with friends and family, hiking and painting. Sofia loves getting to know her patient’s individual personalities. Maybe she will even show you some of her artwork at your next visit.

Marissa – Dental Assistant

Marissa graduated college with both her Associates of Arts and Associates of Science before joining the Small to Tall team.  Marissa says her mom is very special to her along with her horse, Hannah.  Along with riding horses, Marissa enjoys hunting and fishing.  “I like that every one of the kids we see has a different personality.  It’s fun to see that variety throughout the day because you never know what you are going to get and it’s exciting.”

Hailey- Dental Assistant

A patient turned employee! Hailey, a graduate of Lower Columbia College, is working with us after finishing her prerequisites for dental hygiene school.  “I love helping kids feel confident in their smiles, just like Small to Tall did for me when I was a patient here!  I want every child to love coming to the dentist,” she says.  Ask Hailey about her 15 years playing softball and the NWAC Championship while she was at Lower Columbia College.  She was part of the undefeated 48-0 season!
