Insurance & Payment Options
One of our primary concerns is to make dental care affordable so that you can do what’s best for your child. We will happily file any necessary insurance forms to insure you receive the full benefits of your dental coverage.
Currently, we are preferred providers (PPO) for the following insurance companies. Please check with us, as the list is subject to change as we continue to evaluate our relationships with insurance companies. In many cases, it’s become increasingly difficult to belong to dental insurance plans and continue to deliver top notch patient care. Please remember that we do our best to prepare you for the cost of treatment, but our treatment plans are simply an estimate.
- Delta Dental
- Cigna
- United Concordia – Tricare and Elite plans only
- Aetna, excluding plans administered by DHA
- Regence, including LifeMap and HMA
Payment outside of dental insurance is expected at the time of service. You are welcome to pay via cash, credit card, Health Savings Account, or by accessing extended payment plans through CareCredit.
